Is there a way of sorting issues in the HTML export by Risk. Curently all issues are sorted by Title.

@markajbell, yes! You’ll need to edit the HTML template to match your desired format. It’s an .html.erb file. Have you checked out the PTES or the OWASP Compliance Packages?
