What’s new
Testers can now enable projects in the Results Portal, giving contributors instant access to business intelligence data for the projects they have access to. No exports, no manual sharing, no back-and-forth. Contributors simply log in and the data is there.
How it works
The feature is straightforward by design:

Testers enable projects in the Results Portal from their project settings.

Contributors automatically gain access to business intelligence data for the projects they’re assigned to.

Data is available instantly. As soon as a project is enabled, contributors can see it!
Why it matters
Sharing data with contributors has traditionally meant exporting reports, formatting spreadsheets, and sending files back and forth. It’s time-consuming and prone to things getting out of date.
With this update, contributors always have access to the most current data for their projects, directly in the Results Portal. It keeps everyone on the same page without the extra overhead.
Getting started
If you’re a tester, head to your Results Portal settings and enable the projects you’d like to share. Your contributors will have access right away.
